Terms & Conditions — Effective: June 2026

By using the Infinity Taxi Services website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. We provide airport and metro transport booking services in Perth, Western Australia.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us. You’re responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, contact and flight details. Pickup and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather and other factors beyond our control.

Fares and payment
Fares may be metered, fixed, or quoted at the time of booking. Extra charges may apply for tolls, airport fees, waiting time, extra stops, or peak, late-night and public holiday travel. You agree to pay the full fare and any applicable charges. Card payments are processed securely by a third-party provider.

Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel or change a booking up to 24 hours before pickup without charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. If we cancel a booking, we’ll refund any amount paid for it.

Your responsibilities
Be ready at the agreed time and location, wear a seatbelt, follow the driver’s reasonable instructions and the law, and do not smoke or behave unsafely. You’re responsible for any damage you cause to the vehicle.

Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights or connections, or delays caused by events beyond our control.

Lost property
Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. We’ll make reasonable efforts to return lost items but are not responsible for them.

Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version on our website.
